HB: Appointment of Ek. Siakalli as General Manager of the branch network in Greece

Pursuant to the CSE Law and Regulations, we wish to announce the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint, from January 1, 2010, Mrs. Ekaterini Siakalli from Nicosia as General Manager of the Hellenic Bank Branch Network in Greece, within the framework of the new strategic plan for the restructuring of the Network’s operations and the radical structural changes that are in progress.
