SEC approved PO Document by Y. Panayi to Aqua Sol

Mr. Yiannis Panayi (Offeror) announces that pursuant to Article 22(1)(a)(i) of the Public Offering Law 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on October 20, 2009 the publication of the Public Offer Document for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Limited.
At the date of this announcement, the Offeror holds directly and indirectly via its 100% subsidiaries 71.58% of the issued share capital of Aqua Sol.
According to the Public Offer Document, the offered consideration to the shareholders of Aqua Sol stands at €0.11 per Aqua Sol share cash.
The period of acceptance will start on October 29, 2009 and will expire on November 30, 2009.
The Public Offer Document, the Acceptance Form and the Cancelation Form will be posted to all shareholders pursuant to article 22(1)(a)(iii) of the Public Offering Law 2007.
The Public Offer Document, as approved by the SEC, will be available free of charge from October 29, 2009 at:

- The CSE website (www.cse.com.cy).
