Aqua Sol: Board meeting on 6/11 for examination of PO by Y. Panayi and expert’s report

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd will meet on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 12.00 pm at the Company’s office in Larnaca to examine the Public Offer by Mr. Yiannis Panayi for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd as well as the evaluation report of the independent expert and to prepare a report on the Public Offer.
