HB: Reorganization Plan for absorbance of activities of Hellenic Bank (Finance)

Within the framework of the internal reorganization and the achievement of synergies, Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces the following:
1. Via the Reorganization and Merger Plan pursuant to the Companies’ Law 113 and the application to the Court, the Bank decided to proceed with the absorbance of the activities of the fully subsidiary, Hellenic Bank (Finance) Ltd.
2. As a result of the absorbance, the total assets and liabilities of Hellenic Bank (Finance) will be transferred to the Bank and Hellenic Bank (Finance) will be dissolved without liquidation.
The Central Bank of Cyprus has given its assent for the aforementioned Reorganization and Merger Plan.
