CSE: No transaction for Aqua Sol from 21/12

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulatory Decision on the clearing and settlement of transactions on dematerialized securities of the Central Registry and Depository, after the acceptance of a Public Offer or the exercise of a squeeze out (KDP 96/2008), any transaction in relation to the securities of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd will not be possible.

This is due to a request for a squeeze out by CISCO, which has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This decision will be effective from December 21, 2009.
