CSE: Delisting of Aqua Sol

Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the movable securities of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd since the Company is no longer in line with the main listing requirement and the constant obligation that concerns the dispersion of its share capital to the public in view of the finalization of the squeeze out by Mr. Yiannis Panayis, who – together with his 100% subsidiaries – holds 100% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The titles will be delisted on Tuesday, February 2, 2010.
