HB: Appointment of new member in Risk Management Committee

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that at the meeting held on February 8, 2010, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Glafkos Mavros, Executive Board member/General Manager of Hellenic Bank, as new member of the Risk Management Committee in replacement of Mr. Pieris Theodorou who retired. It is noted that the Chairman and the existing members of the Risk Management Committee will keep their positions.
