Further to our announcement dated January 13, 2010, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will meet on Thursday, February 25, 2010 to examine the preliminary results for 2009 and the possible payment or not of a dividend for 2009 in cash and/or shares.
The results and the decision on the dividend will be announced to the CSE and the SEC following their approval by the Board of Directors.
