Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Friday, February 26, 2010 at 10.00 am at the Company’s Head Office to examine the preliminary results for 2009.
The results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
