Pursuant to the CSE Law and Regulations, we wish to announce that due to his appointment as Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Demetris I. Eliades handed in his resignation from his position as Board member of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd and Chairman of the Remunerations Committee of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd with effect from March 1, 2010.
The Board of Directors accepted Mr. Eliades’ resignation and thanked him for his valuable contribution to the Group.
