Telia: Declaration of Board members for financial statements 2009

Pursuant to Article 9(7) of Law 190(I)/2007 which provides for the transparency requirements in relation to information concerning the issuer whose movable securities have been listed in a regulated market, we, the members of the Board of Directors of Telia Aqua Marine Ltd, confirm that as far as we know:
a) The consolidated financial statements of the Group and the separate financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2009 were prepared pursuant to the International Financial Reporting Standards as these were adopted by the European Union and Article 9(4) of Law 190(I)/2007 and the adoptable Cyprus Law and provide true and fair picture of the assets and liabilities, the financial statement and the profit of the issuer and the companies included in the consolidated financial statements as a whole and
b) The Directors’ Report provides a fair review of the developments and the performance of the business as well as the position of the issuer and the businesses included in the consolidated financial statements as a whole, together with the description of the main risks and uncertainties they face.
