Orphanides: Board meeting on 30/4 for final results 2009 and AGM date

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Friday, April 30, 2010 at 9.00 am at the Company’s Head Office to examine the audited results for 2008 and to set the date for the Annual General Meeting.
The final results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
