Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Friday, April 30, 2010 at 9.00 am at the Company’s Head Office to examine the audited results for 2009 and the possible payment of a final dividend.
The final results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
