Modestou: Final results 2009 – AGM on 8/6

At the meeting held on April 28, 2010, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2009. The results are attached.
In the audited results 2009, the loss for the year stood at €592,688 from €302,074 in the indicative results released on 26/2/2010. This difference emerged from the increased provisions for sluggish stock, as explained in note 25 of the Final Results.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2009 to the shareholders.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 11.00 am at the Company’s registered office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
4. The Annual Report and the notification for the Annual General Meeting will be posted to the shareholders prior to the AGM.
