CSE: New Marathon remain in Special Category Market

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that with the issue and submission of the final results of New Marathon Tours Public Co Ltd for the year ended December 31, 2009, it decided that the Company will continue trading in the Special Category Market pursuant to the Provision 2.2.3 of KDP 326/2009 (as amended) due to an uncertainty that might reveal a significant doubt as to the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
