HB: Changes in Audit Committee

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that at the meeting held on May 14, 2010 it decided to appoint Mr. Sotiris Kallis, Higher Independent Non-Executive Board member, as new Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from May 14, 2010 in replacement of Mr. D.I. Eliades, who handed in his resignation on March 1, 2010. It is noted that the remaining members of the Committee are the same.
