New Marathon: Interim Management Statement

Pursuant to article 11 of the Transparency Requirements Law 2007 (N. 190 (I)/2007), New Marathon Tours Public Co. Ltd announces its first Interim Management Statement 2010 on its activities and the activities of the controlled companies from January 1, 2010 to date.
Main activities
The main activities of the Group, which have remained the same, focus on the running of tourist offices, the representation of airlines in Cyprus and the offer of travellers’ services.
Turnover
The Group’s activities during the period were lower than those of the corresponding period of 2009 due to the crisis in the tourist sector.
Events and developments
In early March 2010, the Company lost the license as an IATA office, but this was fully regained in mid May 2010.
