Further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd held today, which approved the results of the Group for the three months ended March 31, 2010 and pursuant to the CSE Regulations, we attach
a) The three-month results for the period ended March 31, 2010
b) The explanatory report. The results will be published in the press.
c) The results for the three months ended March 31, 2010 will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on Friday, May 28, 2010.
The results will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, 200 Athalassas and Limassol Corner, 2025 Strovolos – Nicosia and the Group’s website, www.hellenicbank.com.
