Orphanides: Three-month results 2010

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
At the meeting held on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office, the Board of Directors examined and approved the three-month results for the period ended March 31, 2010. The results have not been audited by the external auditors of the Company and are attached.
Copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, 20-22 Yiannou Kranidioti Avenue, Larnaca. The results will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on May 30, 2010 and “Financial Mirror” on June 2, 2010.
