Orphanides: AGM notification posted – Annual Report 2009 available

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that the notification for the Annual General Meeting to take place on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 17.00 at Orphanides Shopping Center, Troodous Avenue, Strovolos, Nicosia has been posted to the shareholders.
The Annual Report 2009 will not be posted to the shareholders but copies will be available free of charge at:
