Subject: Board meeting on July 8, 2010 for capital issues
With reference to the above issue and further to our announcement dated June 2, 2010, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will continue the examination of capital issues at a meeting to take place on Thursday, July 8, 2010.
The announcement to the CSE and the SEC will be released following the decision making by the Board of Directors.
