Based on the regulations of the CSE and the SEC the Board of Directors of Orfanides Public Company Ltd announces the following:
The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 16:00 pm at the Company’s Head office, to examine the six-month results for the period ended June 30, 2010.
