The Board of Directors of NEW MARATHON TOURS PUBLIC CO. LTD would like to inform the investing public that on August 27, 2010 Bank of Cyprus, as the creditor of the company, appointed Mr. Chris Iacovides, 20 Nikis Avenue, Office 400 in Nicosia as Receiver and Manager of the Company’s assets.
