We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound and Vision Public Company Ltd will meet on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 09.00 to examine the preliminary results for the year ended December 31, 2010 and not on February 25, 2011 as it was erroneously announced on February 18, 2011.
