Orphanides: Board meeting on 19/4 for final results 2010, AGM and EGM date for amendment of Art. of Association and bond issue

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 15.00 am at the Company’s Head Office to examine the following:
1. The final audited results for 2010.
2. The Annual General Meeting issues
3. The setting of the date of an Extraordinary General Meeting for examination of resolutions on the amendment of the Articles of Association on the basis of the new provisions of the Companies’ Law Chapter 113.
4. The issue of a Bond
The final results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
