Modestou: Final results 2010 – AGM on 6/6

At the meeting held on April 27, 2011, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2010. The results are attached.
In the audited results 2010, the loss for the year stood at €594,205 from €388,334 in the indicative results released on 28/2/2011. This difference emerged from the adjustments in the provisions for sluggish stock, as explained in note 26 f the Final Results.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2009 to the shareholders.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 10.00 am at the Company’s registered office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
