CSE: Orphanides to list 191.5k guaranteed bonds
The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 191,500 Guaranteed Bonds Maturity 2016 of Orphanides Public Company Ltd of nominal value €100 each that will bear a stable annual rate of 6.25%. The interest rate will be payable twice a year on June 30 and December 31 of each year.
The trading of the Guaranteed Bonds will commence on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 and the CSE will undertake the observance of the above registry in the Central Depository.
The English and Greek trading code is ORFB and ΟΡΦΑΒ respectively, while the ISIN Code is CY0142140611.
