Orphanides: ORFB bonds ex-interest on 14/12

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that the interest of the ORFB Bonds that bear a stable interest rate of 6.25% is paid, pursuant to their issue terms, every six months on June 30 and December 31 every year. The interest that will be paid on December 31, 2011, concerns the period from June 3, 2011 to December 30, 2011 (first payment period), both dates included.

The record date will be on December 16, 2011. The Bonds will trade in the CSE ex-interest from December 14, 2011, while until December 13, 2011 they will trade cum-interest.
