Orphanides: M. Petsas resigned from BoD

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Michalis Petsas handed in his resignation to the Board of Directors (Non-Executive Independent Board member) due to increased professional commitments with effect from January 20, 2012.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Petsas for his valuable contribution since 2007.
