Orphanides: Indicative results 2011 on 23/2 – Profit Warning

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 15.30 at the Company’s Head Office to examine the preliminary results for 2011.
The results are expected to show losses compared to the corresponding results of 2010, which was a profitable year. The losses are attributable to the ongoing financial crisis and the non anticipated increase in sales.
The results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
