Orphanides: Change of Finance Director

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that it has terminated the services of Mr Antonis Lazarides from the position of the Finance Director with effect from March 02, 2012.

The Company appointed Mrs. Ivi Makariou as new Finance Director and as new Compliance Officer.
