Orphanides: S. Andreou no longer Head of Accounts Dept

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Ltd announces the termination of the services of Mr. Stelios Andreou from his position as Head of Accounts Department with effect from March 9, 2012.
