Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 15.30 at the Company’s Head Office to examine the following:
1. The final audited results for 2011.
2. The setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
The final results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
