Louis Cruise Lines Ltd. announced that during its board meeting of the 22 May 2002, it was decided to propose to the AGM that the ex-dividend date be Tuesday 9 July 2002 and not 8 July 2002 as was mistakenly quoted in a previous announcement. Therefore the record date will be Thursday 11 July 2002.

According to the proposed record date, transactions taking place up to Monday 8 July 2002 and not 5 July 2002, will be cum-dividend 2001.
