Mr Costakis Loizou participates as an investor with 29%, to the share capital of ROC through a private company.
- Louis Ltd has no relation with the management and administration of Royal Olympia Cruise Lines Inc, or its subsidiary companies.
- The only relationship between Louis and the two companies, which are under Chapter 11, is that Louis manages the tax-free shops of both ships. The total debts of the two companies to Louis Ltd totals £35.000 approximately.
For the information of the investing public it is reported that the debts of all the Companies of the Group, Royal Olympia Cruise Lines Inc, towards Louis Ltd for current trading transactions amounts to £975.000. Additionally, Royal Olympia Cruise Lines Inc has borrowed from Louis Ltd in 1999 the amount of $6m that is fully guaranteed by LTA LTD.
