Interest payment
The Directors of Just Finance Loans & Investments Plc are delighted to announce the payment of £248,868 of interest for the period up to 30 June 2016 in respect of the 8.25% 2017 Debentures, of which £229,600 will be reinvested in additional debentures.
The record date will be 30 June 2016, while the ex-interest date will be 29 June 2016 and the cum-interest date will be 28 June 2016. The interest will be paid to the debenture holders on or around 7 July 2016.
The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
