CSE: Issue of shares of £11.96 mln by MFS

MFS Holdings Public Company Ltd announces the successful expression of interest on behalf of investors for the acquisition of 12.5 million shares of nominal value 0.40 cents each and the start of the procedure for the issue of capital, which will be completed within the next few days.
MFS Holdings Public Company Ltd also proceeded to the necessary acts for the preparation of the Prospectus, which will be submitted to the competent authorities in few weeks.
The issued share capital after the issue will amount to £11,957,160.40 divided into 29,892,901 shares.
Following the increase in share capital, the Company will apply to the CSE for its listing in the Main Market.
