C.T.O: Profit Warning for six-month results 2012

In order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, C.T.O Public Company Ltd announces that the results for the first half of 2012 are expected to be lower than those of the corresponding period of 2011. This drop is mostly attributable to the decline in sales due to the financial crisis, the use of electronic cigarette and the campaign against smoking.
