CPI: Six-month results 2007

At the meeting held on August 27, 2007, the Board of Directors of CPI Holdings Public Ltd examined and approved the results for the first half of 2007.
The six-month results have not been audited by the external auditors of the Company.
The results have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34 and are in line with the provisions of the Companies’ Law Chapter 113 and the CSE Law.
The results are attached.
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, 57 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, 1st floor, Office 102, Larnaca.
The results will be published in newspaper “Politis” on 29/8/2007.
