CSE: Suspension of BOCY and ORF continues due to non-submission of nine-month results 2013
The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that following the expiry of the period of submission (late November 2013) of the nine-month results of the issuers in the Main Market for the period ended September 30, 2013, the issuers
• Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd
• Orphanides Public Company Ltd
have not complied with the above requirement as required by the provision 5.3.1.1 (b) of KDP 326/2009 of the CSE (as amended).
Furthermore, it is noted that both the titles of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd and the titles of Orphanides Public Company Ltd have been suspended until January 31, 2014 and December 11, 2013 respectively.
