Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of L. Atteshlis Shipping Ltd will meet on April 25, 2003 to discuss the following issues:

1. Examine and approve the final results of the Group
2. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
3. Decide on the payment or not of a dividend
