Laiki Inv. major underwriter of Chr. & K. Mitsides IPO

At a meeting held on February 19, 2004, the Board of Directors of Laiki Investments Limited approved the agreement between Laiki Investments Limited and Chr. & K. Mitsides Limited, a related company of Mr. Constantinos Mitsides, member of the Board of Directors of Laiki Investments Limited, according to which Laiki Investments Limited has been appointed as an issue manager and major underwriter in relation to the IPO and the listing of the Company’s titles in the CSE, which is part of the dual listing of titles in the CSE and the ASE.
