The Directors of Vernon Property Plc are delighted to announce the payment of £118,521.05 of interest for the period up to 31 December 2017 in respect of the 5% 2025 Debentures.
The record date will be 29 December 2017, while the ex-interest date will be 28 December 2017 and the cum-interest date will be 27 December 2017. The interest will be paid to the debenture holders on or before 13 January 2018.
The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
