Vernon Property: Issue of Debentures

The Directors of Vernon Property Plc are delighted to announce that subject to the Offer of up to 23,650,000 5% Bonds 2025 of £1 per unit nominal value the board has resolved to issue a further 192,648 Debenture Units. This takes the total issued to date to 2,373,254 Debenture Units.
The listing and subsequent trading of the 192,648 Debenture Units is subject to approval by the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this
announcement.
