With regard to the above issue, it is announced that Mrs. Georgia Georgiou, who was Compliance Officer of AD Shopping Galleries Plc, has withdrawn from the Company and is no longer Compliance Officer.
The Company has appointed Mrs. Myria Neocleous as new Compliance Officer with effect from February 23, 2012.
