We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 to examine the following:
(a) Approval of financial results for the first nine months of 2006.
(b) Examination of the possible payment of an interim dividend 2006 to the shareholders.
The decisions of the Board of Directors and the financial statements will be announced prior to the CSE session on November 22, 2006.
