HB: Allocation of interim-dividend 2006 and of shares resulted from reinvestment

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that, according to the decision of the Board of Directors, on December 22, 2006, the interim dividend 2006 allocated to the beneficiaries shareholders (via posting of cheques or via credit of beneficiaries accounts). At the same date, the shares allocated to the shareholders that reinvested the whole or part of the net amount of the interim-dividend.

The rate of reinvestment amounted to 63,15% that constitutes record compared to reinvestments of previous years. The shares resulted from the reinvestment are 1,705,007 and will follow the listing procedure to CSE.
