Caramondani Bros Ltd. announced that its board will be convening on the 19 April 2001 to examine amongst other issues, the audited results of the group for the year ending 31 December 2000 and to endorse these, to determine the date of the AGM, to approve dividend payments and to consider the membership of its board.
