Megabet Ltd. announced that the Director of the company Andreas Constantinou today, 18 April 2001, submitted his resignation from the board citing personal reasons, which was accepted. Mr. Yiannos Anastasiades has been appointed in his place.
Further, Mr. Georgos Petsas submitted his resignation as of 18 April 2001 from his position as Secretary which was accepted. Cyproliaison Ltd. was appointed as the new secretary of the company with effect from the same date.
