Liberty Extends Share Associate Scheme

The Board of Liberty Life Insurance Ltd. during an extraordinary meeting held on the 17 April 2001 decided the following.
To propose to the EGM scheduled for the 18 May 2001 to extend up to the 30 September 2001 of the associates share scheme offering 500.000 (200.000 prior the stock split) warrants, the introduction of which was approved by the EGM of the 30 November 1998 and which ended on the 31 December 2000. Also due to the increased production and especially due to the number of new associates recently enlisted in the company, to increase the maximum number of warrants offered from 500.000 to 1.000.000
Up to 50% of the warrants secured from production during the extension period 1.1.2001 to 30.9.2001, to be offered and exercised partly or wholly from 15.12.2001 to 31.12.2001. The remaining 50% or those not exercised during the said period to be exercised partly or wholly from 1.12.2002 to 15.12.2002.
The remaining conditions, issuance terms and the exerise price remain the same in accordance with the EGM’s decisions of the 30 November 1998.
